Del catturare lo sguardo..........

Nella forza dei contrasti è l'arte di Kristen Wright
in schegge d'infinito, istanti catturati dal flusso del tempo
in eterno mutamento, unità di fluttuazione, trasformazione, modi e mode,
sensualità, passioni, energie...
L'arte di Kristen è totalità d'arte come vita, dello sguardo,
ma anche corpo dell'arte manifesta, tatuata, vissuta, "provata"
come un serpente in forma di un otto che si morde la coda,
simbolo dell'infinito, un Uroboro nell'evoluzione di anima e spirito,
cambiamento, morte e rinascita.
Kristen Wright come regina di spade, samurai dalla macchina fotografica
e dalla sapienza della madre di luce, è una donna sensuale
con lo sguardo severo a volte ironico, libera da manipolazioni ed influenze,
in lei confluiscono idee in forma di rugiada purpurea nei riflessi di luce
penetrante, raggi di luce dell'intelligenza creativa, innata potenzialità
di tutte le cose, in lei si rispecchia lo spirito della madre che tramite
l'innocenza della bambina nel rinnovamento della forza vitale creativa
si libera nella vera saggezza interiore.

moments captured from the flow of the time in eternal change, unitts of fluctuation,
transformation, ways and fashion, sensuality, passions, energies...
The art of Kristen is totality of art like life, of the look,
but also body of the manifest, tattooed, lived, "tried" art like
a snake in shape of an eight that bites its tail, symbol of the infinite,
a Uroboro in the evolution of spirit and spirit, change, death and rebirth.
Kristen Wright like Queen of swords, samurai with camera

Biografia

Kristen Wright
nata in Colorado, Kristen ha passato quasi 9 anni
a scattare fotografie. Specializzandosi nei ritratti
su ordinazione, nella moda, nella pubblicità e
nella fotografia di band, Kristen ha sviluppato un corpo
voluminoso di lavoro per i suoi 23 anni.
Sta lavorando costantemente al suo portfolio e le immagini
della Kristen sono comparse in Item magazine, the
New Times, Selling Power and Java magazine.
È conosciuta per il suo uso delle tecniche di trattamento alternativo
ad alto contrasto ed alle immagini realizzate e super saturate
che danno al suo lavoro un tocco di pop art.

Fate così tanto nella vostra vita, io cerco di creare i ritratti
che danno all'osservatore uno sguardo fugace nelle vite dei soggetti,
e che li coglie in qualche luogo dove non sono mai stati prima "



Biography

Kristen Wright
born in Colorado, Kristen has spent almost 9 years
taking photographs. Specializing in custom portraits,
fashion, commercial and band photography, Kristen
has built up a massive body of work for her 23 years.
She is constantly working on her portfolio,
and Kristen's images have appeared in Item magazine,
the New Times, Selling Power and Java magazine.
She is known for her use of alternative processing
techniques to achieve high contrast and super
saturated images that give her work a pop art feel.
"I love the idea of capturing one moment in time...
forever. You do so much in your life, i try to create
portraits that give the viewer a glimpse into the subjects lives,
takes them somewhere they've never been before"
